Domestic Shipping Policy

All orders are processed in 1-3 business days.

If there is any significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery dates will be shown at checkout based on the option you choose.

Overnight delivery is only available on orders in the continental United States. 

Delivery delays can occur.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

TCV Manufacturing is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes)

Damages

TCV Manufacturing is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipper to file a claim. Please save all packing materials and damaged goods before filing the claim.
